By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Fast Testers Community is a platform that connects Android developers to participate in app testing, earn credits, submit apps for community testing, and optionally purchase credit top-ups. Credits are used within the platform to submit apps and access related features.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account or use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

3. Credits and Payments

Credits may be earned through platform activity or purchased via optional top-up packages. Purchases are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

• Credit prices, packages, and availability may change at any time.
• Credits are digital platform balances and are not legal tender or stored value outside the Service.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent testing activity or feedback.
• Attempt to manipulate credits, reputation, or platform rankings.
• Upload malware, infringing content, or material that violates applicable law.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.

5. Community Guidelines

Participation in testing, feedback, and community features must be genuine and respectful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate community standards or these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, branding, and platform content are owned by Hassil LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that testing activity will result in Google Play approval, production release, or any specific business outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hassil LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued operation poses legal, security, or operational risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Hassil LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes should first be raised with our customer support team.
